1. Description of Service

ZareaAI provides AI-assisted business tools, including automated business agents, landing page personalization, and digital bookkeeping solutions.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Payments: All payments are processed securely through Paddle.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or the Paddle customer portal. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through Paddle support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZareaAI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI tools.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
