Welcome to ZareaAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at zarea.site (the "Site") and the AI-driven business services provided through ZareaAI ("the Service").

1. Description of Service
ZareaAI provides AI-assisted business tools, including automated business agents, landing page personalization, and digital bookkeeping solutions.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all customer service inquiries and returns. When you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy and subject to their own Terms and Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Payments: All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through Lemon Squeezy support.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZareaAI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI tools.
